You placed an order with us in our online shop and now want to return an item? No problem! Simply create a return via our returns portal and you will receive your returns label for a hassle-free return.
How do I return items?
- Open the Lotuscrafts Returns Portal
- Enter your order number and email address.
(You will find the 6-digit order number in your order confirmation. Please use the same email address as you used for your order).
- Select the items you wish to return.
- You will then receive a returns label.
- Attach the returns label to the parcel (or use the QR code from the shipping service provider) and take it to your nearest drop off or post office.
- Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation email and we will arrange a refund as soon as possible.
When and how do I get my money back?
The purchase amount will be refunded to you via the originally selected payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the goods. You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as the refund has been paid out.
How long do I have to return an item?
The return period is 30 days from delivery of the goods. You can find all the details about our right of withdrawal here.
Who bears the costs for returns?
Returns from Germany and Austria are free of charge.
For returns from other EU countries, UK and Switzerland, the return costs are borne by the customer.
How can I exchange an item? (e.g. other size or colour)
For a quick and easy refund, please return the item as described and order the new replacement item separately in the online shop.
If you have purchased one of our items on Amazon and now wish to return it to us, we must ask you to do this directly through Amazon. Please log in to your Amazon account, go to "My orders" and initiate the return. You will then receive all the necessary documents from Amazon that you need for a return.
