Where is my package?
As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the shipping status of your order directly on the shipping service provider's website.
Where do you ship to?
Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and countries of the European Union.
How much are the shipping charges?
- Germany and Austria: Free shipping from €39 order value // €4.95 order value below €39
- European Union: Free shipping from an order value of €80 // €9.95 under an order value of €80
- Switzerland: €19.95*
Can I exchange my item?
In order to exchange an item, we would ask you to apply for a return request for the item. You can do this quickly and easily with our return form, which you can find here:
At the same time you can order your desired item from us. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue you with a credit note.
How does the free return work?
If you are not completely satisfied with an item from us, you can send it back to us from Germany and Austria within 30 days free of charge.
For returns from other EU countries and Switzerland, the return costs are borne by the customer.

How do I get my refund?
Please give us some time for the careful processing of returns, but of course we will process your return as quickly as possible after arrival at our warehouse and you will receive a refund from us within a maximum of 14 days using the payment method used for the purchase in the online shop.
Are there discounts for yoga teachers?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for trained yoga teachers (no minimum order value). This is how you can take advantage of the "Yoga teacher discount": Please create a customer account with us first. Then you send us your proof of training by email to email@example.com. After activation you will receive feedback from us so that you know that you can now get started. The discount is then always automatically deducted at the checkout. IMPORTANT: Please wait for the activation, because unfortunately we cannot grant any discounts on orders that have already been paid for.
Are there discounts for yoga studios?
Yoga studios and meditation centers have special price conditions with us. Please contact us by e-mail with the details of your studio and your homepage. We'll take a quick look at your studio / center online and get back to you with the conditions. Discounts for large commercial orders (medical practices, kindergartens, schools, hotels, etc.) are also possible. Do you need our meditation cushions for your practice or other movement space etc.? We have particularly attractive offers for our commercial customers. We would be happy to make you an individual offer with discounts of 20-30% depending on the item and quantity.
